Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another press for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission is original and all cited information have been correctly referenced.
  • The proposal for this submission has been accepted, and I have been advised by the press manager to proceed with the submission.
  • Authors are responsible for and required to ascertain that they are in possession of image rights for any and all photographs, illustrations, and figures included in their work or to obtain publication or reproduction rights from the rights holders.
  • The submission file is in the Microsoft Word ONLY.

Author Guidelines

Authors are welcome to submit the manuscripts in free-format versions. In other words, authors can prepare their manuscripts in the styles and layouts of their choice. However, the chosen style must be applied consistently across the manuscript. Please ensure to complete and submit our proposal submission form before uploading your full manuscript. 

Copyright Notice

Authors retain full copyright of their work. However, the Press reserves the non-exclusive right to publish the work and to include it in other aggregations and indexes to achieve broader impact and visibility. Authors are also retain the right to distribute the published work with an acknowledgment of its initial publication by Azure Academic Publishing.

The names and email addresses entered in this press site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this press and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
